Time to start a new thread. We have been busy all day getting things put away for the hurricane coming out way. ALthough we are quite a bit north, we are still being warned of high winds and lots of rain. If it turns a little more to the east it wont be as bad here, but dont want to wish bad weather on anyone east of us, either.
Bonnie, was glad to hear you are having guests to pass the time of the storm with you. I have been trying to see whats going on there via tv..doesnt look good for Galveston, especially....glad you are inland, so hopefully will not bear the brunt of the storm. I can not believe that they are saying 40% of the people did not evacuate from Galveston..what are they thinking???
