I think this one looks like Crimson Rambler.

For some reason the images don't appear for me.

moretz - bright eyed girl is a homemade pet name that someone was / is using to refer to a MG with a more commonly accepted name, but I honestly don't recall exactly which type...Jackie may be right about it being an Ipomoea purpurea "Crimson Rambler"...if you have any photos at all, even a clear closeup of the seeds...that could help narrow it down to something more specific...

Found my pkt of seeds.
Description from back of pkt. Bright, fluorescent magenta flowers with rose stars
and white eyes bloom all summer above heart shaped foliage.

That is the first time I have heard the name Bright Eyes or seen a packet of one.

Hmmm ... I wonder how it wound up with that name? It definitely looks like Crimson Rambler to me too! :-)

Becky, Burpees changing the name to increase their seed sales.
They've been in business over 100 yrs and they know the true id of this m glory.
My thoughts anyway.
