My sedum has been attracting its regular bees and butterflies, but this colorful flying critter is new to me. So far I haven't been able to ID it.

It's an Ailanthus Webworm Moth.

You're welcome thyme, I did remember seeing it before, one which is hard to forget with those lovely white flower patterns on it! :)
Looks like yours and mine are posing in almost the exact same position, critterologist! They sure are colorful, aren't they?
Yup! I've seen them before, but I was happy to get such a purty photo of him this time. :-)
