This insect was like a spider. It grabs all the dust particles and disguises itself. After few days an elegant fly comes out of it, leaving behind its exoskeleton. I am attaching the images.
CLOSED: Which fly is this???
This is not a fly, but is an assassin bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Reduviidae). I'm not sure of the species, but there is a European species (also introduced into North America) with a similar habit, namely the masked hunter, Reduvius personatus - see http://www.ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/maskedHunter.htm
The nymph of this bug camouflages itself with bits of debris, possibly either to enable it to remain undetected by potential prey (other small arthropods) or to avoid predation.
