Please help rescue kittens...desperate!

There are some little kittens at the Denton State school(telephone 940-891-0342) under building 505C and Bldg 527. The powers that be say anyone caught feeding them again will be fired. I have called animal control and the Humane Society hoping to find some way to rescue these kittens. One year the school simply boarded up the opening leaving those little kittens to starve and die of thirst(in hot summer time). We didn't know about it untill we smelled the dead bodies. They will probably do it again to these babies. I am so extremely upset about this and was told by the animal control that I would not be allowed to put a trap on any property other than my own. Does anyone know how to help these little guys? They are a gorgeous steel blue with dark rust patches. I called Operation Kindness and they referred me to SPCA. Have to get to work now but guess I'll try them later. Just thought I'd ask you all if you know of a way to help them. You all can be very resourceful. I will be sneaking them some food as usual but not sure how long it will be before the school does something else to get rid of them.
