I have no idea in what family I have to do a search finding the ID for this one. The picture is not very sharp, the camera had great difficulty to focus as it had a kind of 'smokey' appearance with little contrasts..
I found it on a nettle leaf in a local Nature Reserve...

Front legs up to rest, it's a Non-biting Midge, family Chironomidae. In Order Diptera, the biting ones (mosquitoes) rest their hind legs up!

Now I found a close match in this family.
I think I'll have to keep it as being a Chironomus sp.
