Just wanted to share some great photos of this guy that I saved yesterday. He was in town and about to wander out into traffic. Brought him home to the woods to join his kin. We had one of these hit the house last summer. It was the first time I realized such a thing existed. They are awesome!

That is great. I wonder about the little hairs and what function they might have.
Claypa I wondered about the hairs too. Must be some kind of sensory tool. He had some serious little pincers on his feet that were pretty prickly. Once I picked him up it was hard to get him to release. :0)
