Hi; I found this spider under the eaves near the masterbathroom. Does anyone know what it is?

This appears to be a common/American house spider, Achaearanea tepidariorum; family Theridiidae - see http://creatures.ifas.ufl.edu/urban/spiders/common_house_spider.htm
We have many of these sharing our home.
