Maybe this is a stupid question, but I have the prettiest little blue morning glories growing in my yard. They are growing wild...every where. I dug several up last year and I have them growing on the fence now. The rest just get mowed over.
Anyway, I've never seen such a small morning glory. It's about the size of a quarter, maybe just a bit bigger....but they are small.

Is there such a flower.....wild morning glory?

Hi Belinda ,aren't they pretty !? I got mine ID last year as ipomoea hederacea http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/53528/
I also have one with heart shaped leaves that is pretty and the flowers seem a bit bigger. It can become somewhat of a pest in certain areas but I just rip them out where I don't want them before too many seeds can develop. Here is my heart shaped one..

Thank you.
Yes, I think they are pretty. I now have them growing on an old wood fence and they bloom like crazy.
Thanks again for the info.
