CLOSED: eggs?? of??
Whatever these are, they are extremely unlikely to be aphid eggs. First off, they don't look like them (see http://www.ipm.iastate.edu/ipm/icm/files/images/soybean-aphid-eggs-2.jpg and http://www.uidaho.edu/so-id/entomology/rosy%20apple%20aphid%20eggs.jpg), and secondly, aphids as a rule reproduce by parthenogenesis during the summer, only laying overwintering eggs very late in the season - see http://www.backyardnature.net/aphid_lc.htm
Those look like Lepidopteran eggs - IOW, caterpillars-to-be; perhaps the okra caterpillar that feeds on many plants in the okra (mallow) family. Guess we'll never know for sure...
