Hi everyone...just got back from seeing the vascular surgeon. Surgery is scheduled next Friday am, the 21st with an overnight stay.
He said the eye problems were caused by this..first he said mini strokes, but then said not really strokes, but a warning. Said that if nothing were done I would have a 1 in 3 chance of a major stroke within a year. So I am glad it was found in time..
Bonnie, I really am happy you were approved for a kitten, not that it will take anything away from your memories of Stash, but it will take your mind off it all. I know how much it helped me to have others around here that still needed me, even though I was inconsolable over Boyfriend. I just had to 'suck it up' and tend to the rest
To everyone else, sorry if I dont remember whats going on right now, I have been too wrapped up in my own problems, and apologize for that. Hopefully things will get better after next Friday and things can get back to normal.
