Dave and Bullwinkle arrived today with the assistance of a good Samaritan! Sam came upon Dave with broken leggs and called STARS
Here is Dave with Nurse Bonze he is a little bit on the woozy side but will be good as new soon.
The Chronicles continue in Edmonton!
Please pardon the sideways photos I don't seem to be able to switch them. I will take the sideways ones to work and do them there.
Ann
Nurse Bonze has advised that Dave needs his rest so the Boys will be hitting the hay!
This will also give me time to figure out the sideways photo thing.
The Fringe in Old Strathcona starts this weekend and I know the Boys will be ready for lots of new experiences.
Cheers for now.
Ann
Wonderful pics annabell .. you and JJ have certainly shown the boys a good time so far :-)
Too Bad about Dave's legs .. sure glad Nurse Bonze was able to pull an 'orthopedic miracle' :-)
Enjoy your time with the 'scamps' !!!!

The above link was on CNN this morning .. kinda interesting .. all about "MURPHY' a travelling Gnome from the UK .. perhaps a cousin to Dave ? :-)
Hope it works for ya ..

hahahaha too cute - reminds me of an episode they had on Coronation Street years ago, where the same thing happened. Someone stole a gnome, and kept sending letters of it's travels........ unfortunately they they ransomed the gnome to the owners, but they eventually got it back, so............. all's well that ends well!
:D Anne you've captured the essence of the prairies very nicely!
Good to see you folks again and I'm still LOL at Nurse Bonze and marveling at the tiny little intravenous bag!

"Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, (nor broken feet) stays these courageous couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." I'm amazed at Dave's fortitude! Whad-a-guy. Bet he'd like to ride a horse on an Alberta ranch before he leaves, though.
Great pics, Ann!

What a fun bunch of pics, Ann! So glad Dave is mobile again. Good job on the leg-mending. I especially like the view from the birdbath and the one with your dog, Cleo. I wonder if we'll have to give Bullwinkle a bath by the time he gets here. He sure is a curious one!
