This one falls in the family of the Scrophulariaceae
Look under the pic where it says The Scrophulariaceae Family includes the following genera:
Torenia is toward the bottom of the list, the Digitalis purpurea Seedpod is what the seed pod looks like.

check out this pic of a Mimilus you can see some of the seed pods, kind of looks like you collect seeds from this one the way I did from the apricot Jacobs Ladder. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/aa/Mimulus_guttatus-3.jpg

Lisianthus
Eustoma russelliana 'Echo Mix' (Lisianthus grandiflora)
Lisianthus; the plant genus formerly called Lisianthus is now called Eustoma
When I clicked on the eustoma I got this Eustoma is a genus of 3 species in the family Gentianaceae,
So I looked up Gentianaceae and I got this

2nd to the last one.

OK-I will wait and see if the pods for the mimilus dry up-haven't seen one like that yet...

The Lisianthus I haven't seen them look like that at all...maybe it is the rain or sprinklers, but they are flowers, then nothing-hard to describe-thanks though:)

I have saved seeds from my Torenia for a few years and have no trouble getting them to grow each spring. Tomorrow I will go outside and pick some seed and show you where they are and what they look like...

Ok here you go UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL...
Inside are tiny sand like seeds, lots of them. I took the picture on a black background so you could really see them...
Hope this helps.
They are easy to plant, I usually start in early March. Just make sure to thin them after they start comming up.
