Today was a cloudy and windy day so the pic. didn't turn out very sharp but I hope good enough.
On the flower heads of Tanacetum vulgare;

This appears to be a larva of a green lacewing (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae) - see http://woodypest.ifas.ufl.edu/images/slide14.jpg
These are indeed predaceous, feeding primarily on aphids and other small, soft-bodied arthropods. Their sickle-like mandibles are hollow, through which they extract the body fluids of their victims.
