I am not sure if this is the right place to ask if this is a good cat or a bad one. I know it is eating on my fuchsia plant but then even good cats have to eat something and sometime. Can anyone tell me? Maybe direct me to the right place? Thanks, Jeanette

Jeanette,

This forum is for question relating to adding data to the BugFiles database.

We have a forum on Bug and Insect Identification here: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/bugid/all/
and if you post your question there, you may get some help,

If you have an image, you could attach it to the message you post for a better chance of getting an identification

Thanks Kennedy, give me some pointers here. How should I have taken the picture? I guess maybe I should have taken the cat off of the leaf? Maybe it would have been easier to see. Is that what you are telling me?

Thanks for the help. I posted it in the insect forum and got a good response.

No criticism of your photo intended. The picture is good and I would always opt for the natural shot such as your on the leaf.

I was merely redirecting your query to the identification forum,

Thanks Kennedy. I did go over there and got a quick identification of my GOOD cat. I hope it turns into a pretty, whoops, can't remember what she said it was. But a butterfly or very pretty moth. LOL
