I did a search and the closest I can come is Haploa confusa.
Can anyone verify? I'd be glad to add it to the bug files, I searched that too, but could not find a listing. Notice his orange face/head.

This certainly seems reasonable, but note that some specimens of Haploa reversa can appear similar, and it also has an orangish head - see http://lepidopteraresources.homestead.com/files/Haploa_reversa.jpg
Thanks, they can be very confusing. But very pretty and interesting.
