CLOSED: Unknown spider

I have 2 of these on my cactus. My daughter-in-law calls them "lightning spiders" due to the zigzag web usually just below them. Can someone ID this for me? Thanks in advance for your help.

This is an orb weaving spider in the genus Argiope. The image is quite fuzzy, but it may be the silver argiope (Argiope argentata) - see http://nathistoc.bio.uci.edu/spiders/Argiope%20argentata.htm
