Funereal Duskywing ( Erynnis funeralis )
possibly.....

The white moth is indeed an arctiid; it could be a faded example of adult of the salt-marsh caterpillar, Estigmene acrea; see http://nitro.biosci.arizona.edu/zeeb/butterflies/figs/moths/Arctiidae/E_acrea.jpg
There also are a few other arctiids native to Arizona that have this general appearance.
