Just planted a couple of dozen peat pellets yesterday with flower seeds I have been storing in my refrigerator for probably several years or more. I already have a few sprouting this morning. I did not label them, since I can usually recognize the seedlings once growing. Started Sunflowers, Cleome, Morning Glories, trying Larkspur, and a few more. I have them on gentle bottom heat which always works fine for me. There is something so satisfying about starting flowers from seed and watching them grow. Sort of reminds me of the speech Mr. Douglas used to make on Green Acres.....anybody else remember that?
