CLOSED: Tiny bug ...

Gent, Belgium(Zone 8a)

It's quite tiny, aproximately 3-4 mm. I found it along the roadside on a Verbascum torch with flowers not open yet.
I even don't know the family where I can do a search..

I want to say it's a Tick...

Miami, FL(Zone 10a)

Looks like a type of weevil, family Curculionidae. To me, the "snout" is a giveaway. Weevils are a type of beetle.

Not a tick, it looks like a weevil of some kind

edit: posting during a heavy storm, internets in and out and didn't see LariAnn's post

Your camera must have a very good macro if it's only 3-4mm!

Gent, Belgium(Zone 8a)

That's definitely the one!
Two very interesting sites to add to my favorites..
Thank you so much!

The camera has a very good macro-mode and thanks to the high pixels it could be cropped heavily.
