Shoes to Clim Hill

I am looking for some shoes to Clim a Hill behind my home and would like steel spikes in them like Golf Shoes, does anyone know where one can find anything like this?

The Golf Shoes they have today only have Rubber Spikes on them.

Baseball or anything like that would work if they had steel spikes, I don't think the rubber ones would dig into the soil to hold you from slipping? I just had new knees put in and do not want to harm them.

I think mountain climbers have shoes like this if they will be on ice. Could you check with an outdoor sports store for resources/advice?

There are some spikes that you can add to shoes or boots for walking on slippery snow and ice. That way you could attach them to your favorite shoes. Don't think there is a law that you have to use them for ice, LOL

I also use a walking stick with a screw in the bottom and the head cut off. This leaves a nice spike. It helps me with the hills when walking in the woods.
