Mr T Boone is not just talking about this he is doing something AND using some of his own money. Did you see the commercial he put on TV? An article I read in the Economist Magazine says "he told a Senate committee in June that he is going to pay for the transmission lines that will carry Pampa's wind farm power to the Dallas area because he cannot wait for the state".
