I have a dwarf red maple but the leaves look different than this seedling. Can someone identify what I have growing?

Seedlings from your dwarf red maple likely aren't going to come true and look exactly like the parent so it could still be a seedling from your tree.

Your plant appears to be Castor bean(Ricinus communis)
