In the UK I used to water seedlings with Cheshunt Compound....its helped to stop seedlings 'damping off', which looks like what could have happened here. When 1 goes, they often all get the same fungal problem and follow suit

A seed pod on Hoya pachyclada
I was brinnging more plants in and found my pod on my fungii had opened. I took some and potted them up. I took pics do a new thread when I get a chance.
I think that is so cool ... having seed pods on your hoyas! I hope to someday be so lucky so I can try my hand at growing from seed!
