CLOSED: Beautiful Moth needs ID

I found this a couple of weeks ago and it stayed put for a couple of hours.. it was about 7 or more inches across from wing to wing tip.. boy was it beautiful.. I've never seen one before.

Oh my lord, she's in a perfect place, with my gargoyle..lol.. I love it.. what a good name for it. I think it hatched in the mulch under the cypress bushes and was drying her wings.
