I made another fairy terrarium today!

Yes, you could make them to sell, that would be very nice!

Seedpicker, good idea making a request for a forum specifically for Tiny Gardens. I just love it.

The butterflies and birds were from a craft store, I've seen these items in nearly every craft store so they shouldn't be too hard to find. I just grabbed the tiniest mushroom birds I could get. I hot glued the birds and owl onto little twigs I collected in my yard and just stuck them into the soil. Very simple. The butterflies were hotglued onto rocks, twigs, etc. The rock was a piece of peacock ore I got when I visited the Permian Basin in TX! The rainbow hues were perfect for this project. I even had a butterfly hotglued onto the inside of the glass bubble so it looked like it was flying in the air but I ultimately pulled it off before entering it. Seemed like overkill...hahaha...that is always my problem with doing things like this. I have to keep telling myself LESS IS MORE. ;-)

I am considering making up some terrariums to sell locally, perhaps in a floral shop, or hospital gift shop? If only this pesky full time job didn't keep me from doing the things I really love. ;-)

Ha, your pesky job! Funny. I don't have a pesky job, I am a stay at home fur and feather mom.

I have the teeny mushroom birds too, but I LOVE the TEENY ceramic ones too. Have you seen them? Here is one. Looks like my little parrot.

She reminds me of the 1940's Snow White. Beautiful!

Thank you, she does remind me of Snow White after you said that.
