I have had a cluster of small Rheingold shrubs for three seasons. This winter they all turned brown instead their usual copper color and they looked dead. I thought maybe too much moisture but left them planted just in case. Now in July, they are starting to get bright yellow color starting at the top.We are in zone 6a, WV and have been experiencing rain almost everyday, for it seems like eternity, and not a lot of sun. Could that be the problem? I gave them fertilizer for evergreens earlier this spring. - don't know whether to pull them up or not. They are planted on a slope and get early morning sun. Anyone know what to do?
