Can't figure out these seeds

I got some seeds from Norway and I have no idea what they are, maybe I am not reading them right. They are: Thalicerum couielegitolium, H som, and Ligatana dentala. Any help with these would be great.

Hi Megan,
My guess would be Thalictrum aquilegifolium - Meadow Rue and Ligularia dentata, but I don't know what "H som" would be. It must be an abreviation but I can't think of what for.

Possibly P. som for Papaver somniferum? What do the seeds look like?

ok I found a note about the last seed. it says: aeueligia white pink. Thank you all for the information!!!
