Not sure what this is but wouldn't mind adding the image to BFs if I can get an ID.
Oh, and the leaf is Actinidia callosa.

This is a mayfly (order Ephemeroptera); likely in the family Ephemeridae and genus Ephemera - see http://www.troutnut.com/specimen/541
The immatures (naiads) of this family are referred to as burrowing mayflies, as they spend most of their time buried in mud/silt at stream bottoms.
That's a "colorful" mayfly. We've the plain looking ones here in our zone. There are no intricate pattern looking on their wings like yours in the pics.
So it's a Mayfly but I can't seem to figure out which species. I found this table to try and narrow it down but without luck: http://ilmbwww.gov.bc.ca/risc/pubs/aquatic/mayfly/index.htm
That's a great site.... but it's for the aquatic NYMPHAL mayflies... you have an adult.
