Im trying to find out what is wrong with my trees.
This is Sawtooth Oak (Quercus acutissima)
The new growth looks healthy but the top of the older leaves are rusty brown. There has been no leaf drop.
Having tree problems...
The Sawtooth Oak looks like it might have been hit by herbicide drift (e.g. lawn "weed'n'feed").
The birch and the willow both have galls caused by Eriophyes gall mites (tho' a different species of Eriophyes in each case) - pretty much harmless, they don't do any significant harm.
