I dug this up from an abandoned house and had no idea what it was. It was growing in full shade, but I planted it in almost full shade, with lots of water. Lo and behold it has bloomed. I hope this is the right forum, because I'm guessing it's a lily. The picture didn't fit, I'll try again.

Beautiful. Are you sure that's a lily?
It reminds me of something called crinum.
Something along this line? http://www.dutchgardens.com/White%20Crinum%20Lily/19617,30544,default,cp.html
Magnolia & Moby I researched Crinum lilies and I believe that is what it is. I'm fortunate that I got a bloom out of it. It says they like more sun than what I am giving it. It is getting more sun than where it was planted when I dug it up. I suppose it's grateful. I'm going to leave it for now and see how it does. Thanks.
You're welcome, and good luck!
