The Wedding
I so enjoyed yet another of your stories Paul..what a truly amazing life you've led..
My DH told me he married me when I was 17 because he knew I had an insurance policy AND that I was on deaths door..cost us not much more than you..it was till death do you part..he died at 47..
Think your wife must be quite a 'lady' to go along with all your antics..
May the marriage last 'till death do you part' and may that be decades from now..
You know the old adage:
If you live one hundred years, I want to live one hundred years minus one say so I never have to live without you!
Betty glad you enjoyed the story.....Tell you something funny my wife and I always joke about it.....My insurance was about to run out when I got sick but I had Cobra and was getting Medicare coverage too....but I always told her I married her for her insurance but nearly married another woman cause her insurance had better dental but Linda's had a smaller deductible.....:)
and I reckon I'll associate myself with that 100 year thing too...and thanks for your comments and glad you enjoyed the story

Well, okay. But you might have gone for the $2.00 single rose then. LOL.
Karen

Well, you've done it again! Another good day,--- laughing with Paul!!
What about the ring??
What? You think he's made of money?? LOL.
Karen
Thank you Karen, at least someone here has a good head on her shoulders.......:)
dguimo, you mean after spending $72 you want me to give her a ring too?.....Well dguimo Rockefeller let me tell you something.....:)
OK, I'll fess up, my father gave me a diamond ring he had that was his twin brother's, my father wore it for years and years and then when he died I told mother I was going to make a wedding ring out of it if ever I got married again, and lucky for me I did.....I let Linda pick out the setting and we used Daddy's diamond......My wife is not much on diamonds and jewelery, that gives us more $ for Wendy's.....:)
