I found this one in the garden on a Saxifraga leaf a couple of weeks ago.
When disturbed it jumps amazingly far. I think it's cute! The size is about 6mm.
CLOSED: CLOSED: CLOSED: Probably belonging to the Cercopidae family ?
The second one does look like the Spittle Bug, Philaenus spumarius.

But there are others which look similar too!

The first one is very cute but I have no idea what it is! A Leafhopper I would think if it jumps.
Thank you wallaby!
Though there are others with great similarity like specially Aphrophora alni, which is described in my book as having a middle keel on the pronotum which mine lacks. I think I'll conclude it's the common spittlebug.
And I am confident I have found the ID of the first one, hurray!!
It is Issus coleoptratus fam.:Issidae

Well done! A good book has it's uses!
