Hi folks,
I photographed this Dragonfly in extreme Northwest Ohio yesterday morning and am looking for help with the ID. I would appreciate any tips or suggestions on field guides for Dragonflies/Damselflies or websites that may have photos for future reference. Thanks in advance!

Oh what a beaut!
I think it's a Calico Pennant, Celithemis elisa:

The females and imm. males are similar to the red one except yellow where there is red...like yours.
I have the Stokes Beginners Guide to Dragonflies, it's somewhat vague but good to start out with.
another great guide is "Dragonflies through Binoculars" by Dunkle... the photo, description, & range of the Calico Pennant match exactly... it's a small sized species, usually ~1.2"..??
Thank you both!!!! That's the one!
