CLOSED: Got Horn Worms? Don't get BT! Go organic!

Whitesboro, TX

Found the easiest & fastest way to organically get rid of horn worms as I live in the country & have lots of animals around so I organic garden only! Go buy a black light bulb for about $3 at WalMart & wait for dark & go out w/ a lamp w/black light bulb & they light up this wierd greenish glowing color. Easy to find & pick them off & squash the little suckers. I'll actually let the little buggers go for a while in the spring as they do a better job of suckering off my tomato plants then I do...LOL but only for a little while. I have only 5 tomato plants in my garden 2 carinvals 1 celebrity & 2 romos & I already have so many tomatoes that I'm having the nieghbors come over & pick all they want. Romo plants have already busted the cages & all because I let horn worms have a couple of good meals!

Although the black light sounds cool - Bacillus thuringiensis, BT, is organic....

I looked it up on wikipedia.org. Copy and paste this into your address bar and it will go right to it. Very Interesting
