Oh my gosh Elizabeth.. thank you... I have not started my seeds either ... You do need to get to the Japanese Festivals there... there was a member here that knows about the festivals, only I don't know if they still are on DG. I wonder if a tour place could help you out on that. I'll let you know when the package arrives.. THANK you... I got two gargoyles for my Bday..lol... and some neat pots with stands. We went to buy an angel statue and came back with gargoyles, my DH said "THOSE are NOT angels!!" and I said "See how much you know"??

Sister is doing good, this is her second go around with the bypass surgery, she had the first in 1995 and they told her 8 years is usually all you get for a bypass, when they opened her up it was only one of the original bypasses that was blocked-the surgeon made 2 bypasses to go around the blocked by-pass-he said the other 3 from the first surgery were clean as a whistle. Then when we got home she had a blood clot in her lung and had to go back to ICU--but she is getting better every day now. I was gone for 2 weeks with her and missed the peak of the daylily bloom here, but have enjoyed what I did get to see.
Yes, with the business of the world these days, I think we should stretch out our celebrations, just have a birthday month instead of a day !!!
Every day we have on this earth is reason for celebration !!!
