I first thought it was ill as it was sitting still for a very long time. Later on I discovered that it had been wet and was drying itself in the sun.
I thought it could be B.terrestris but am still not sure as the white tail-end looks to be spit up in two parts..

It's probably a worker of B. terrestris.

I don't know how it got that wet, it was not raining..
But anyhow it was OK once it got dry and flew off..
