My Yorkie, Mugsy is having knee surgery on June the 12th, this coming Thursday morning. He is 7 months old and injured his left back knee playing and sliding on the top of a kiddie pool. The knee cap won't stay in place and the bone near the knee has shifted over to the side. I am so worried and hope that you all might say a prayer for my boy. I imagine all kinds of things like him getting too much anesthetic and not waking up. I lost my Sheltie, Willie 2 years ago and also had to have my 16yr old Yorkie, Koko put to sleep. So now I'm very worried since Mugsy has to have this surgery. I wish I could afford an expensive orthopedic specialist but have been reassured that my vet has done quite a number of these surgeries. My best friend Melva(Horsie's Mom)has been helping me think positive thoughts. So please, I would so appreciate it if you could say a prayer and/or send some positive energy to my Mugsy.
