Good Homemade Bread

I am going to try to make bread again....I used to struggle over it when we lived on the boat...but now I want to try again. We like whole wheat/whole grain bread.... I like simple easy recipes...nothing that has me in the kitchen all day and kneading some dought a zillion times.... I especially like the idea of freezing to thaw out later!!!!

Any suggestions??? Any good books or online places to recommend????
