This is a stink bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Pentatomidae), but the image is too fuzzy to identify any further. Just in case, compare your specimens with the brown marmorated stink bug (Halyomorpha halys) at http://www.ento.psu.edu/Extension/factsheets/brownMarmoratedstinkbug.htm, cited earlier on this forum.

Here is a better picture of this bug. I think it just maybe a stink bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) not sure which one since it is brown there are several. How do I get rid of them and are they going to kill my Red Maple tree? Thanks for any help..

Unfortunately, I could not get the second image to enlarge, so am no closer to an i.d. As for control, just about any contact pesticide registered for homeowner application should work, but I suggest that you contact your county cooperative extension service office for advice specific to your area - see http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/index.php?page=countycenters for contact information.
