Had to share this (ahem) awesome shot I got of a beetle. Relative of potato beetle? I couldn't see that it was doing anything but hanging around. I looooove the digital age.

I think it's a MIlkweed Leaf Beetle, Labidomera clivicollis. Same family as potato beeles, Chrysomelidae.

Thank you! After looking at Bugfles, I agree. Love its little foot pads. If its damaging to this plant it has a ways to go before I worry. At this point I need something to eat the milkweed.
