I found these under a leaf on one of my geraniums. Any ideas? The eggs are very blue and the larvae (?) are white with black heads.

Looks like you may have some sort of budworm, which are often the bane of many an annual gardener’s existence! Newly emerging larvae are often white/clear bodied with dark heads and some can be quite gregarious at that stage. As they mature and grow, they often take on the color of their host plant...your geranium. Even if this ID is not spot on, I would HIGHLY suggest removing the infested leaf if you have not done so already. Any insect that felt the need to lay that many eggs on one leave usually does so because your plant is intended to be 'baby food'.
Actually, I did indeed remove the leaf from the main plant. I then snapped the pics and proceeded to spray the infected leaf with insecticide. I figured I would "shoot first, ask later"
