Thought i would pass this on...as lots of us have gardens and SP are so easy to grow. I have cooked the vines up, just like fresh spinach...not boiling them to death...and they are delicious!!!! Cut the newest 10"-12"...strip the larger leaves up and you can cook the very tender 4" at the top.
