I found this guy hanging out on my cats' claw vine this afternoon. About 1/2" long, maybe a little longer. Should I squish it, ignore it, or pamper it, does anyone know?

It's one of the bordered plant bugs, genus Largus, probably L. succinctus. I wouldn't bother to squish it, they're not serious pests. Pampering seems too extravagant. Maybe just ignore it. : )
