CLOSED: Damselfly ID Please

Hello,

I hope you all can help me ID this Damselfly. It was found in the mountains of South Carolina at a beaver pond. I normally have no trouble ID'ing critters but a lot of the Damsels look similer. I dont think Damsels are considered "Garden" insects and hope this forum is broader than its title. If not, could someone direct me to a forum that could help?

I consider the Damsels garden critters and fit in perfectly here on this forum. They are hard to id without being in hand, but, to me this one looks close to a Sedge Sprite. Could the top of the thorax been an iridescent green?

I'm guessing here...but it could be in the Nehalennia sp.
