Let us know, Mike will cook one or two for you. He won't really share his recipe. Took him years to get it together.

PS He says the one at TJ's was terrible. Sometimes you can't get good meat no matter what you do.

haha he still thinks it was bad when so many say it was great....how can so many be wrong and only one be right ...I know cooks are their own worse critics...LOL...and you can tel him I said that too

Fate, TX(Zone 8a)

pools.............texans, i think, are the only people who call ponds pools. am i correct? and severe curves in the roads are called corners when directions are being given. and real texans really don't understand why people in the southeast like all those trees because they can't see.

Hey Dennis - a fellow Michigander. I was born and raised in Midland (the home of Dow Corning/Dow Chemical), but left home at the tender age of 20 and moved to Dallas. Never to return to the cold, snow, ice, freezing temps, grey days, long winters of Michigan. I fell in love with Texas immediately and have never felt the urge to live anywhere else.

I moved down when I was 23, and since then I've convinced both my only brother and my parents to move down here (though I suspect it was actually my daughter thant convinced my parents), so I don't see any reason to go back to that depressing weather! :)
