BTW: I had a lot of success with the Laguana tabs for my tropical and and hardy water lillies. They didn't fall apart once they touched water and there wasn't any algae bloom. After three months I bought some fancy ($$) tabs and they were a mess and algae was everywhere within days. Those $$$ tabs feed the algae most of the summer . . .
