I found this spider in my weeping cherry. He was hunting lady beetles.

What is his name? He was kind of cool looking.

that is one of the jumping spiders of the family Salticidae. It seems to be one of the variations of the Bold Jumper - Phiddipus audax: http://bugguide.net/node/view/35192/bgimage
