Hi all,
Many thanks for your kind words.
Carrie , the soil I use is that I can buy in nearby shops.
I mix it with humus and coarse soil.
SW_gardener,
I use both organic and chemical.
Your favorite is called Silene `Pink Star'
Hope you'll like some of my new containers.

love this - #7 Delphinium and Silene.... what a nice arrangement
Tomtom - all of your containers are outstanding and those delphiniums are gorgeous. Keep us up to date on your work, Tomtom.
Gorgeous!
Very nice! I like the one with the geraniums and the wire plants. Do you happen to know the latin name for the wire plants?
Thanks for sharing your work!
Steven
Steven, In the US it is called Wire Vine or Mattress Vine. It is widely grown in FL and South Texas where it is a perennial.

Dear Tomtom,
I'm so happy I found this thread! It is autumn at my end of the world and your containers lift my spirit. It amazes me that you find wonderful new combinations each year. Please post more!
Cheers,
Ursula

pirl, I grow lots of Delphiniums .I sowed the seeds in September/I'm so fond of this color, too.
dale, so nice ofyou to give info.
Ursula, long time no see! So too am I happy to hear from you!
Tropaeolums haven't turned out well this spring. Yet a new species has bloomed. It's T.beuthii. --the flowers are larger than those of T.brachyceras and smell sweet. T's are profoundly intiguing.
Tomtom
Tropaeolum beuthii

Beautiful, stunning plantings!
Thanks Dale!
Yes, I love Dale's work too.
I'm exhausted on your behalf.
wow that's impressive
Tomtom...everything you plant is so delicate and exquisite! The plants even match their containers. I LOVE them all, but especially love the "Sweet Pea, Pink cupid" and Delphinium hanging basket. You are amazing and I thank you so much for the inspiration.
Kat
You're right, KatG. Tomtom is a great source of inspiration.
I'm so happy to have your haeartwarming comments.
KatG,
Your containers and their settings are always awesome . They give me useful ideas. I have been so sorry not to be able to react to each of your photos since English isn't my mother tongue. Still I am enthusiastic fan of your containers.
Let me show you my today's garden.
Tomtom
You do so well with the English language, Tomtom. Certainly much better than most of us could do with your language.
Your garden scene is lovely and knowing it's all your own work is delightful. The staggered heights and soft colors are wonderful.
