The bug whose image you posted to the BugFiles How-to's forum of Dave's Garden, is an Assassin Bug, in the family Reduviidae.

Your bug is an immature stage, as it has not yet developed wings, and that makes it hard to identify the exact species.

The better place to request help with identifying a bug is to post to our Bug and Insect Identification forum: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/bugid/all/
